cytoscape_data(G, attrs=None)[source]¶

Returns data in Cytoscape JSON format (cyjs).

Parameters: G (NetworkX Graph)
Returns: data – A dictionary with cyjs formatted data.
Return type: dict
Raises: NetworkXError – If values in attrs are not unique.
